One afternoon in 2019, Brent and Ryan who have known eachother since elementary school began to discuss a need for a quicker response to the service referrals to better serve our Coachella Valley. Brent and Ryan began to envision a company that took their shared knowledge of the plumbing and electrical trades and rolled it into a reliable and responsive service company that will service the community they grew up in. In 2020 Brightwater Services, Inc. was launched and developed to create a trusted choice for all of your plumbing and electrical needs.
Brent is a first generation plumbing contractor that brings years of experience and perfection to the plumbing trade. Brent first started at age 19 working in the warehouse of a large plumbing firm learning all the plumbing tools and materials, such as fittings, cartridges, shower valves, toilets, water heaters, etc. He later moved into the field where he learned the hands on plumbing trade from ground up.
Once he perfected his craft in the field, he was promoted to supervisor of large custom homes and oversaw his own team of employees. In 2018, with a growing family and the support of his former employer, Brent decided to begin and build his own new construction and remodel plumbing firm. The company hit the ground running and has been growing at tremendous speed since.
Ryan is a proud fourth generation electrician and brings that knowledge to all areas of the electrical trade. Ryan started his electrical career like most children of contractors picking up trash and digging trenches during summers and holiday breaks from school. He returned to the Coachella valley after attending Arizona State University to work for his father, a respected electrical contractor and business owner. At his father’s company he gained deep knowledge of electrical theory and craft while enrolled in a four year electrical apprenticeship through Association Builders and Contractors “ABC” So Cal. Although Ryan learned the details of the trade through his apprenticeship he credits his business acumen to years spent working for his father who taught him to treat customers and employees with respect and to take pride in his work. Ryan started his own electrical contracting business in 2012. With a second hand work truck and a new family to provide for. Ryan started cutting in can lights and hanging ceiling fans alone for the first year, growing the
business to 17+ full time employees and many happy customers.
