We had a recurring issue with our master bathroom plumbing, where the toilet would get backed up and every faucet would gurgle. Had two other big plumbing companies (Fenwick and Roto-Rooter) look at it and they either had no idea or made repairs that didn’t fix the underlying issue and it came back. Keith Oakley removed a faulty water softener from my home. He was on time, professional and very reasonably priced. He went above and beyond! I asked for options to replace the technology and he was great about giving me reasonably priced options. I am definitely having Keith install this technology as well as replace the builder grade faucets and shower heads in my home. Definitely keeping his number stored in my phone for the future.
