I recommend using Malcolm Plumbing & Mechanical – responsive and professional. Matt is the owner and client service is definitely made his top priority by him. His team spent 3 days in our house replacement our boiler and they were amazing. His team showed up on time is respectful and professional and abandoned our house spotless and tidy. I would highly recommend using Malcolm Plumbing

Their rates are crazy, although I’m convinced they are reasonably capable. $736 to clean a line which was not even clogged (so it must have been easy.) Charged for roughly double the time they were here. They refused to adjust the bill and threatened to turn us over when we protested.
If youdo not mind being billed twice what anyone else might bill and’re desperate, call these guys. You can be certain I will not call them .

Michelle the admin. Supervisor is pleasant to deal with & remembers their clients that add a personal touch
This is not a sales pitch Only a happy customer
However, a task done right is what I am looking for. Okay enough!!!!!
The owner Matt I believe that is his name took out time for replied the & me? ‘s my husband & I had re; a brand new one. The other company wouldn’t even respond to numerous telephone calls for them. Which I didn’t want at the time & The receptionist is professional & helpful & would call back when she said she’d

I can’t say enough about this company & it’s all good.
But again. I thank you as I know the job will be done.
Called them to do a flow inspection that was back on my boiler that another company had me waiting over 3 months & never returned my calls. They had the request completed in 3 days & so I want a brand new boiler because mine has been running 95years
