In 1969, William Samsel decided to go into the plumbing business to provide Austinites with a full service company that would have a reputation for service after the sale.  Custom Plumbing started that year and quickly caught on as a leader in customer service.

Now, with three generations of family involved, Custom Plumbing provides central Texas with trustworthy and reliable plumbing services for residential and commercial construction.  We have locations in Austin and New Braunfels.

• We devote our time to build lifetime relationships with those we serve.  We treat our customers as we would want to be treated.

• We are one big family.  Our office and field personnel combined represent more than a thousand hours of experience in our business.
