Jamie was very professional from the start and was prompt on getting the wet damaged carpet removed and everything dried out. I was very impressed and he explained everything in detail. He worked with my insurance to make sure there was an accurate assessment of the damages and spent a lot of time on his own going back and forth with my insurance agent.
