Main office opens till 8pm which is very helpful cuz most urgent issues happen after the hours!! Had my issues resolved the next morning! The technicians, Evan and Jeff, were arriving as scheduled and knowledgeable of their job.

Brooks arrived ahead of schedule and proceeded in prompt, professional and get it done manner. He explained the situation as he worked on clearing the roots clogging the sewer line. Showing situation on the camera. Told me the options did the best job with the option I chose. Jae was equally prompt and professional in his work. Checked with camera and marked the site of the clog. Told me what options and prices of other procedures to improve or permanently fix the problem. Thank you to 3 Mountains for getting there job done on a Friday afternoon.

3 mountains has always been really good to us. Today was no exception! Leo had quite a project ahead of them when arriving this morning but handled it masterfully. At one point our dogs broke free from the bedroom and happily climbed all over Leo trying to see what was going on and he took it in stride. They are terribly spoiled pups and Leo treated them with sweet kindness while my husband wrangled them back into the bedroom. Thank you for once again taking care of home!

Coleman came out to look at our old water tank and to give us an estimate for a replacement. He was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of good info and recommendations. Super professional! Thx Coleman!
