Why we are different.

All of our licensed trades people and management team are employed directly by us, we don’t contract service work out to third parties because we like to be in control of every aspect of the project that our team undertakes. We are innovators and constantly keep up to date with plumbing infrastructure trends and new technologies so we can stay ahead in our industry.

This is evidenced by our accreditations and relationships with leading suppliers. We work closely with Drillcut- one of Australia’s most innovative plumbing suppliers and have been one of the first plumbers to introduce Valsir acoustic drainage pipe in which all of our installers have been trained directly by Valsir. 

Passive fire.

As passive fire is now such a big part of plumbing installations we are ahead of the industry with our knowledge and ensuring our staff are trained and constantly up to date with the importance of passive fire.

We work closely with Snap Collars and only use their products for our fire rating installations. Staff are trained by Snap and we use an innovative penetration register to create detailed reports of fire penetrations so nothing is missed. 

Quality assurance.

At C&S our quality assurance policy is engraved throughout the company from the estimating team to apprentices, this is maintained by regular training and the use of our Quality Management Systems.

We pay close attention to detail throughout every aspect of the job from the project quote to delivery of works and communications during and after the job, we are focussed on getting it right the first time. 

Environmental.

Respecting and protecting the environment is important to us. We ensure that we only use green star rated materials and adhere to regulatory compliance.

We always look for a way to minimize the impact on the environment evidenced by our involvement with environmentally friendly projects.. 

Health & safety.

Led by our health and safety management our safety policy is deeply entrenched throughout the business. Regular safety meetings and training ensures we maintain our zero injury safety record.

They were there to install a hot water system and without hesitation managed to find time to answer questions, give advice and do additional unrelated plumbing jobs I happened to find while they were there.
