Commercial Utilities, Inc. is a third generation underground sewer and water company, and the oldest sewer and water company in the City of St. Paul. The company originally started by Ralph Curella in 1957 and was then known as Curella Sewer and Water. Ralph Curella Junior took over the company in the early 1970’s and changed the name to Commercial Utilities, Inc. to better suit its rapid growth in commercial projects. Ralph Junior’s son and current owner Tony took over in 1998 and has carried on the tradition of quality service and attention to detail in every job.
