I have heard of miracles before but thought they only happened to other people. Flow Star was able to somehow fit me in for a time sensitive underground sewer rough-in on a two-day lead time when another company didn’t work out. (In the middle of June, no less.) Kurdel and his employees were courteous, consummate professionals and the communication was flawless from start to finish. I requested a quote through Lowe’s and was please to schedule the visit for the next day. The owner came to provide the quote. He was very patient to explain what would be done and answered all the questions I had. The quote came in as promised first thing the next day and with itemized details. I was able to have my electric hot water heater installed a few hours after I finished the Lowe’s paperwork online. From the quote to the installation, it was only about 24 hours. And the price is very reasonable. Much lower than another quote by another local business. I have to say – great satisfaction from start to finish!

I just had Jared and Timo do a two day install on a heating system and they were great. I haven’t seen a couple of harder working guys in a long time. In this post-COVID day of companies generally not caring about customers Flow Star was a breath of fresh air for good price, on time, hard working reliability. I would use them for everything plumbing related.
