Cindi K.Fairfield, CT0712/9/2015I’ve definitely marked my file “would call again”.

Mr. Kunkel returned my call within a day. My non-emergency repairs had to wait until after the holiday, but I get why these guys are busy. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and readily explained what the problems were and how to fix them. Then proceeded to do so. Even went above and beyond in clearing the dishwasher drain so I didn’t need to call an appliance repair person too. And left no mess.

I had to obtain a part for a store-brand fixture (they are well-equiped on their truck, but this was not a standard part). I called when I had it and they returned promptly to install it.

Just old-fashioned good service.Useful 1FunnyCool
Heidi G.Fairfield, CT1401215/3/2016Updated reviewI’ve been using these guys for years now, just had them out and their workers are so punctual and respectful of your home, budget and time. They know exactly what’s wrong every time and fix it for good. I wish everyone was like this.UsefulFunnyCool10/11/2013Previous reviewUsed them two different times for two different things. Each time, they were quick, inexpensive, polite and fixed the problem. Where others have tried to gauge us, they fixed the problem immediately for an extremely reasonable price…am totally thrilled to find them. A+++++Read more
Lou G.Fairfield, CT0210/15/2014This was my first experience using Forger/Kunkel and it was excellent!
Mr. Kunkel returned my call promptly and came to my house at the promised time, to see what was needed for his worker
to install my new kitchen sink and faucet. A few hrs later I received a call that his worker would be at my house in 1/2hr.
Upon arrival the plumbing Tech. removed my old sink and faucet.
He took great care in his work so as not to damage my countertop. He had to trim the top to fit the new sink,
which he did slowly and with great care so as not to damage the 14 yr.old Formica top.
My new sink and faucets were installed promptly with great attention to details, such as care and use of new faucets.
After his fine work he cleaned the area thoroughly and removed all debris and outdated sink.
I have to give this company an A+ for promptness, great work and reasonable price.
A Job Well Done. Thank you. Lou EGUsefulFunnyCool
