Started by a 3rd generation plumber, the Shepherd’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning team currently retains over sixty years of combined experience.
Plumbing is in our blood. Bill Shepherd may have founded Shepherd’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. back in 2015, but it actually all started in the 1930’s with Morris Pierce—Bill’s grandfather. Pierce was a licensed plumber in Fresno who later came to the Bay Area in the 50’s. Here, he founded Pierce Plumbing, a contracting company that focused solely on general plumbing services.
Around 1990, Pierce’s son John bought the company from him, changing the name to Shepherd Services and adding a second division to the business that specialized in expert witness services for construction defect litigation.
